No Worries...

So much has happened in my life lately that i would never be able to write it all on just one blog... As my senior year has truly come to a close i realize the smallest things in life are the ones that make you the happiest. I have met one truly wonderful person recently that has opened my eyes to everything I've been missing. I'm so grateful for everything god has blessed me with lately. So the reason being the title of this blog is because I've learned you truly can't try and plan your life, God for sure finds a way to change all of your plans for something better that you would have never imagined.

So Here's some of my senior pics :)

Life changes!!

I can't believe its been months since I've last posted!! I truly feel like so much has happened I'm not even sure if words could describe everything!!! For starters I showed my very last steer a few weeks ago at Houston Livestock Show. It was truly a life changing experience that i will never forget!! There is so many people who truly have helped make my dreams come true. This past ten years showing has been one wild ride. Bobby- Thank you for not only being a show father but for treating me like one of your own children i will never be able to express how much everything you have done for me these past years has changed my entire life. Mandi- You are not only my best friend you are my rock and i know i can count on you to be there no matter if its a boyfriend problem or how to fix the feet of a steer in the show ring. I love you Both more than anything thank you for everything!! Mom and Dad- Thank you for always being my support team and keeping me strong. I know you have both made me the person i am today. I love you both to the moon and back.  These are just a few of the people who have made my career what it is today. I defiantly have had my ups and downs in this but i know ever loss only made every win that much sweeter. I will never be able to explain the felling you get when the judge slaps the rump on your steer. I ended my showing days with a bang that's for sure Champion AOB at Houston. Yes you could say the rest of my senior year didn't go as planned but showing beau in that grand champion drive made up for all the defeat i have overcome this season. I truly can believe its over but i know that this isn't the end of my story just a chapter and the next one is just beginning. I'm so blessed to have accomplished everything i have and am so grateful to have been in that final drive with Beau.

Pigs and such..

I keep forgetting to post this but since i have some super cute pics of the pigs and such it will make up for the lateness.. The pig farm is in full swing this time of year so Josh is super busy. He got home yesterday from Ohio with 75 baby pigs.. I don't think I've ever seen a trailer that full before but i can only imagine how packed in there they where. Anyways its been pretty cold lately (What south Texas people call cold anyways lol) and I'm loving getting to wear all my winterish clothes.. Here's a few pictures from the farm the last time i was there...

Welcome to Austin!

Well i may be a few days late but we will have to pretend its still Halloween for a few Min's because i had a BLAST. I went to sixth street in Austin this year and it was awesome to say the least. I saw some of the coolest costumes I've ever seen and a few of the funniest as well. I met some pretty interesting people and took more pictures than should be allowed :) I went as a jockey and my very good friend went as my horse, we had a bunch of people ask to take pictures with us as we asked to take some with them. I must say if you have never been to sixth street it is a must seen especially on Halloween!!!

Suitcases and coffee breaks

I feel Like i haven't written a blog in months!!! Let me just start by saying it has been one crazy world wind of a week!! I have attended two shows and have eaten lots of carnival food most of the things where not on the organic diet i usually eat lol. Needless to say i had a pretty wonderful week i have made memories to last a life time and friends to last just as long. I took a ton of pictures and I'm glad i did because this was the last time i will step on those fair grounds as an exhibitor :( I showed my last steer in Dallas this week and it was defiantly bitter sweet. Nelson my steer stood 3rd place and i couldn't have been more proud of him but it was sad to see him go at the auction on Friday. Anyways on a happier note here are a few pictures from the show.

I even got to take some pictures of Hannah from Simply, Me

I love taking pictures of the small things most people don't notice.

Thanks Darin for being the hat model lol

Congrats to a great friend on showing the Grand Champion Steer at Dallas..

I hope everyone had a wonderful week as well. Congrats to everyone who showed at Dallas and Waco
